Double set of related files when inserting menu.

Hi
When I insert a new menu or from a CSS Menu preset. I get a double set of related files showing in DW related files bar.
The double set of related files that is showing after inserting the menu is pointing to a site that is not in the actual site that I currently working in.

So when I try to select one of them I get Warning in DW.

"sifr.css is not on the local disc"

The Manu and all is working. But i't very frustrating seeing the double files there.

Regards
Olle

Mac OSX 10.6 and DW CS5, MenuWriter 2.05

sounds like there is an issue with your site definition settings

double check the paths and site URLS on the Local Info and testing server tabs of the Dreamweaver site definition and make sure they are pointing to the correct locations.

Hi
I'll doublechek that. But I dont think that there is any problem with the site definition.

All the other files in the site are functioning. It's only when I insert a menu when the problem starts.

I moved the site to a different machine with the same settings. And the problems dissapears.

Could this be a problem with some cache file somewhere?

Olle

you can try deleting the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

but i think the issue has to do with the HTPP Prefix or URL address settings in the site definition.
