PowerStore 3 needed improvement....
Orders will be placed by the customer... and they order something like an "Extra Large" size Shirt... Their husband gets home and they measure his waist size and Ops... He needs an XXXL Shirt.
In MOST cases the customer phones in the mistaken order and asks that the order be changed by the merchant... I would suspect that this happens All the time....
Well in the Power Store 2 or 3 there is no system to make these kinds of changes unless they delete the order and make the cust. re-order the product....
This is a poor customer relationship builder if we ask the customer to replace the order....
Can this be a easy fix...my customer is a little frustrated with this......
