Error When Checking Out On My Local Mysql database

Error When Checking Out On My Local Mysql database

I have just generated and created my checkout wizard pages / check out pages. I am using authorize net and have linked my api id and transaction key into my site when I was setting up my checkout pages. After I get passed the Confirm page I get this error.

"You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Mitchell Thicken Up ,'Paul Mitchell Thicken Up ',15.5,1)' at line 1"

I believe this error has something to do with my local database.

the issue is that the value "Mitchell Thicken Up" is trying to be passed to a column in the database that is set to be numeric.

I can only guess, but it seams like the items name is also being used as the items ID. the item ID should be a numeric value.
