Why does WebAssist use a help system which does not work?
Why not just put the information in PDF's that anyone can open?

I am trying to get to the Security Assist help files and all I get are Security errors. Is there something that I can do to allow ALL content within webassist?

we are changing to online help for all new products to get around this issue.

in the mean time, You can make changes to the Security settings at the following URL:
settings_manager04.html


you can add the users configuration folder to the Always Trust Files From the following locations list.


also, the security assist help documentation is available on the security assist support page:
securityassist/

I have added the configuration folder but it does not work for me until I add the specific folder where the file I want to view is.

Yeah, the flash security settings can be finicky.

If the security settings are not working, view the online help:
