You shouldn't have a problem, just make sure you have not checked the Web Images Only option on the first page of the DFP Upload Files wizard.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes, I am sure that I have not checked the Web Images Only option
It works well with images, but not with other files.
What is wrong?

thanks

Hello

Now it works.

It works well on my website, but not on my WAMP server strangely enough.

News to me. I'm checking around to see if anyone else has run across this issue. Glad it's working on your site, though.

Hey Tony - one of our engineers is able to duplicate what you are experiencing with XAMPP (a Mac version of WAMP). He's looking further into it, but suspects it may have to do with default file size. Can you try uploading an image with a large file size, similar to your video files?

Tony, check the default file upload size that is setup in your PHP.ini file. You can also see this by posting a phpinfo script on a page on the server.

<?php echo phpinfo(); ?>

Cheers,
Monica
