How do I set a minimum order quantity for different product?

Also, Are there any shipping options for Canada?

There is no support for minimum quantities in PowerStore, this is not a feature that you would be able to configure through any of the settings or interfaces.

The supported shipping quote options are for USPS, FedEx and UPS only. You could make use of eCart and some updated PowerStore files that are available here to apply your own custom shipping charge rules:
