Connection was reset message

I am using the SA wizard to generate Login, registration, etc pages and they work great.
All pages generate an error "The Connection was Reset" when information is entered and submitted. I'll use the LogIn page as an example.

I am using root relative links and the table has one record in it. The table integrity is good

I have deleted the Dreamweaver chache, deleted and reloaded WA Cookies toolkit and SA Toolkit.

when you set the option in the Site definition to Create links relative to the Site, it will cause Dreamweaver to use the following syntax for include files:
<?php virtual('/Connections/MySql.php');?>

The virtual function is not supported by many servers, you should select the option to create links relative to the document instead which will cause Dreamweaver to use the require_once synatx which is supported on all servers.
<?php require_once('Connections/MySql.php');?>
