Store Server Migration Broke the site

Hi there-
I just recently migrated to another server. My server company handled the migration and moved all of the files and the databases and now the site is broken.

Yes I have updated the Connections files with the new IP address. Anything else I may have missed here that's causing the issue?

Thanks!

Carlene

you will need to edit the wa_settings table in the powerStore database.

make sure the root url is correct, you may also need to edit the Local root and remote root settings.

Hi - Yes the local URL is correct. Where are these other settings located and what should I be looking for exactly?

the the Local root and remote root settings are in the wa_settings table.

Perhaps a description of the issue would help me in determining what is wrong.

Please provide some details on exactly what is not working and a link where I could see the problem.

Jason,

The page is completely blank. This is what the error report says:

Warning: require_once(/var/www/vhosts/folkmanis.com/httpdocs/wholesale/storeConnections/WholesaleStore.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/vhosts/folkmanis.com/httpdocs/wholesale/store/WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php on line 37

make sure that the Root Url Setting in the database ends with the "/"

store/

instead of
store

that trailing slash at the end is important.

Hmmm.... I just checked in the wa_settings directory and the ending / is there. Where else could this error be found?

also check the Local Root and remote root settings in the wa_settings table. they should be:
/wholesale/store/

Thanks for your help Jason, yes both the local and the remote are /wholesale/store/

and I have the full URL in the Root URL field. I've attached the Globals file.
