Not inserting menu

Thread began 7/23/2010 9:27 am by andy111796 | Last modified 7/23/2010 2:59 pm by Eric Mittman | 618 views | 1 replies |

Not inserting menu

Just installed menu writer, restarted DW and then went to insert a menu. Chose all the styles etc. and clicked 'OK' and all I get is the 'site tools' pallette appear saying 'initialising'. Left it for ages and nothing happens.

Have I missed a trick here?

You should first quit out of DW and go delete the cache file, here are the steps for this:

Once you do this open up DW and go to Site > WebAssist Site Tools. This will open the site tools panel. Once it is on the screen dock it with the other open panels that you have. After this you should try adding in a menu to a page. Let us know if you have any further trouble with this.
