"Create Email" will not work at all

Just got the universal EMail 4 extension and a few other extensions. Have DWcs5. "Create email" will not work at all. I cannot get it to do anything. The "progress bar" menu item works fine as do all other extensions. Tried deleting the .dat file and reinstalling. No matter what I do I can't get "create email" to respond at all. (mac OS 10.6.4) Any suggestions or do I have to ask for a refund?

I don't have a clue whether you are using the UE Getting Started Guide, but if not get it and follow the directions very carefully. I'm in the middle of my own UE dilemma, but the key is to start with a .php page tha contains a form. With that page open go to Insert>WebAssist>Create Email Message. This will launch the interface.

Don't know if this will help. Good luck.
