Javascript error right out of the box

I don't have a ton of time and may end up just returning this product, but just in case someone knows why I'm getting this error, I'll give it a shot.

I start surveyor and it runs through about 5 pages and then stops and gives me the following error:

"While executing timer in WA_SiteTools_Progress.htm, a JavaScript error occurred."

If this is going to be something I have to keep tweaking, I'd prefer to get a different sitemap tool. I'm just too busy. Any ideas?
