Getting Ecart to Edit PS3 shipping

I open the Ecart object panel and I add settings to charge a set value based on gross sales, but none of the settings get saved! I notice on the header of the shipping tab that "This interface is not for setting up shipping on your site. That is done in the Checkout Wzzard".

I have the Checkout.php page open and attempt to run the Checkout Wizzard and I get an error that I must apply this wizard on a page with a checkout button.

Please help, I am sure I am missing a step.

If you wanted to edit the shipping in PowerStore, you will need to update the Shipping Server Behavior that is on the confirm page. If you open the confirm page, then open the Server Behaviors Panel (Window -> Server Behaviors). From there you could the different shipping server behaviors that are used in PowerStore, and based on the shipping provider you selected you can update the shipping server behavior.

note: with updating the shipping server behavior you might loose the ability of making changes in the admin section.
