error message - Please provide your email addess so we can get back in touch with you

i have tried everthing to solve this problem my self and i have tried tech support and i am still waiting for a response...

in the meantime the form does not work and we are running the latest version of php5x and did have some errors and i fixed it and after that it still does not work at all...

i did install the latest files from product downloads...

i am getting really frustrated with this problem...

i have tried it on 3 different computers and different email addresses and on different websites to see if it is the domain that is causeing the issue and have used basic page right out of the box with no solution..

as an owner of all of your products including plugins and solutions except web templates i am a satisfied customer so far...

Thanks for posting back with the file. It seems that the mail validation is failing even when a valid email address is used. I have opened a ticket for you on this issue so that we can exchange some more info in private. To update your ticket login and visit your support history.

I seem to be having the issue here with the email address, which is a correct and valid email address, and the dreaded "error message - Please provide your email addess so we can get back in touch with you".

Could anyone please share the fix, or what the problem was.

Thank you for your reply, I have been in and updated my support ticket. I also added some information as to what i have tried up to this point along with the results that I received from my testing.

I do hope it is okay to post the correction here?

we resolved this in a connect meeting by changing:
$domArr = explode("\.",$domainName);

to:
$domArr = explode(".",$domainName);
