Can´t install Skype Toolkit

Can´t install Skype Toolkit

I downloaded the toolkit, and the extensions manager for Dreamweaver did the rest. The option is there, in the Insert Menu. When I choose Skype from this menu however, two windows open, one on top of the other. The front one is blank, and it deactivates the back one, which has the start, next, help, cancel ibuttons. When I close the front window, the back one closes too. There must be some error with the extension. Could someone help?
