Lost formatting

HTLM editor is stripping most of the formatting when I update content. When I insert formatted text in to the database, say a block of text with color, it loads into the database correctly but when I update the page the editor loads the text but strips to formatting!

Here is what goes in:
<hr />
<p style=""><span style="">Now is t<span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);">he time</span><br />
</span></p>

Here is what shows in SOURCE on the update page:
<hr />
<p style=""><span style="">Now is t<span style="">he time</span><br />
</span></p>

thanks

nick

Do you have this formatting applied to the default value of the editor? Please post back with the page that has the HTML Editor instance on it so that I can take a look.

It looks like there is some formatting on the editor on line 141. You should try updating this line to be like this:

php:
$WARichTextEditor_1 = CreateRichTextEditor ("body_bb", "../HTMLEditor/", "100%", "600px", "Default", "../custom/blurbs_Update_body_bb2.js", "". $row_WADAblurbs['body_bb']  ."");
