Should I build upon

OK, Now, that I have implemented the URSP quite successfully, (800+ registrants in week one of being live) I've come upon a crossroads. And that is to have multiple user access accounts.

There is a Customer service dept that are getting calls that some customers did not receive the verify email... which leaves me to manually change 0 to 1. I do not want CS in the whole system I have built.

I also need another rule for access level... 3 in total.

anyway. Do you think I should reinvent the wheel with the WA toolset (I own just about all of them) or would it be easier to build upon the URSP already in place?

What to do....

How you would want to go about this will depend on how you want to deal with these issues. If you would like users to be automatically verified you can update the insert server behavior that occurs on the registration page to set the emailverified column to a 1.

If you would like for customer service to be able to make the update without getting into the db at all you could modify the update page in the admin back end so that cs reps can login and update the email verified column to 1. With DataAssist you could make it so that they can only update email verified column. You could also use DataAssist to create a new set of admin pages just for cs reps where they can search on the users email address and get to an update page that lets them set the user as verified.

As for the extra access level it would probably be about the same amount of work to add this to the existing pages versus creating the new ones. The steps and process would be the same.

ok that makes some sense, the only question I have then, is about the WA_Globals.php. How would I handle multiple logins with redirect.

I'm unsure if I can setup rules based on a user... is that possible?

Any idea

The login in the globals should just be for the admin. If you want to allow multiple users with their own login to access the admin area you could add in an access level for those users, then you could modify the rule that is in place to also allow access so long as the access level was a particular value. This should make it so you can login with the username and password that you have in the globals as well as allow other users to access the admin pages.
