Problems Dreamweaver CS5 with extensions

I've installed different extentions in dreamweaver CS 5 (version 11.0 build 4909) on W7 Pro 64bit

- CSS Form Builder (1.0.2)
- CSS Menu Writer (2.0.5)
- Universal Email (4.0.1)
- Eric Meyer's CSS Sculptor (3.0.1)
- Data Assist (2.0.7)
- Site Sculptor (1.0.0)
- SiteAssist Professional (1.0.8)

They are all active in the adobe dreamweaver extension manager.
BUT only the CSS Menu Writer is showing in dreamweaver.

Anybody any idea or a solution to get them all work ?????

Please advice,
thx in advance for your urgent reply.

Try resetting your workspace to see if that refreshes the menus to display the correct products. To reset the workspace, go to Window->Workspace Layout->Reset '<current workspace>'.
