Where's My Surveyor Upgrade?

I've been trying to find the Surveyor upgrade so I can update the version I currently have. When I received the newsletter with the link to 'Download Center', Surveyor is nowhere in site for me to download the update.

Any clue?

according to our records, for the account you are posting this question under, you have not purchased Surveyor. My guess is that you have 2 accounts with us and your purchase for surveyor was made under the other account.

Please contact the sales department at sales[at]webassist[dot]com, they be able to help you in finding the second account and merging the two together.
