Warning: Cannot modify header information.......

Warning: Cannot modify header information.......

Please see the attached zip files for the three forms I am using and the image I attached for the header warning error that I am getting when I submit the following form: application_homestay_host_family2.php

When submitted by the user, the information is sent via email using UE and is also entered into the database at the same time. The information submitted by the form is entered into the database as well as being sent in an email. Only on this form, when submitted, I get this error at the top of the form page:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/linkaus1/public_html/application_homestay_host_family2.php:76) in /home/linkaus1/public_html/application_homestay_host_family2.php on line 135

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/linkaus1/public_html/application_homestay_host_family2.php:76) in /home/linkaus1/public_html/application_homestay_host_family2.php on line 147

The user is not taken to the application_success.php page but the information is sent both to the DB and email.

The email template in the email is just fine and looks the way it is supposed to but something is wrong with the code. Please see attached files and let me know how I can fix this. Thanks

the error is caused by the blank line at line 75:

delete that blank line to correct the error.

see the following page for more details on the headers already sent error:

Jason, that worked. Wow, UE is sensitive to whitespace I guess. One more question. If I am using DataAssist and UE to submit one form (the same form), would it be redundant to enter the same "Go To page" in both server behaviors and would this cause a conflict when the form is submitted? It's like telling the form twice to 'go to this page' when the form is submitted successfully.

If this would cause a problem, which server behavior should I put the "Go To Page" file on, DA or UE?

By the way, I am using UE v. 3.07

The issue with white space is a PHP issue, not a universal Email issue.

You should only specify the got to page once, in the last server behavior in the list, usually this will be universal email.
