cart messages on live site

Hi,
I have placed the site live in a test folder. When I get to the cart page, I get:
the browser has a ? after the cart.php and a message on the page:
cart.php? and I get the message:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/karen1/public_html/karenshotz.com/test/cart.php:12) in /home/karen1/public_html/karenshotz.com/test/cart.php on line 106

In order to get to the check out page, I have to type checkout.php in the browser then when I click the checkout button I get confirm.php where another message shows up:
Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/karen1/public_html/karenshotz.com/test/confirm.php:2) in /home/karen1/public_html/karenshotz.com/test/WA_eCart/WA_eCart_Definition_PHP.php on line 479
Looked at the files and I cannot figure out what is going on.
Thank you
