Installing CSS Sculptor

Hi!

I'm trying to install CSS Sculptor in my DW. In the Adobe Extension Manager, I get a message:

A newer copy of the file C:\Document and Settings\...\Application Data\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS4\......\walm.js, walm_presets.html, walm_presets.js, etc already exists. Do you want to replate it? Yes, No, Cancel

I don't know what to do. I'm not sure how to answer, if I should answer yes or no.

Appreciate your advice.

select the yes to all option.
