Error messages upon logging in.

I follow the instructions for setting this up.I keep getting these messages after I log-in. Can someone please tell me what they mean and how to fix them.

Thank You

Verify you have the correct MySQL database info in the connections file. Those errors basically mean it can't connect to your database.

Okay, I figured out why it was giving me those messages, only to get these

This happens after I create a content area and add the code snippets to the page as directed. I view the page and get these errors.

Also, in place of where the content should be, I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wa_getcmscontent() in /usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/wwaraft.com/httpdocs/index.php on line 198

Thanks for the help.

Geez, I need to spend one more minute working on these problems after I give up on them. The problem was ...well, I am dumb, blah!
