RSS Database

Has anyone built an RSS MySQL database application for a user to be able to create their own feeds of know where I can find one?

I want a user to be able to create a category and add the RSS link. Maybe like PowerGallery where all you have to do is add the code to display the RSS feed to the page.

I haven't built one, but it seems that if you create a user interface where you insert the information, applying the information from the recordset might be fairly easy to write out. I'm not familiar with generating RSS feeds, but it should just be an xml file that is on your server. You should be able to create a user interface to create an RSS feed with some custom coding.
