where do I copy CS2_Standard_Layouts.zip?

A newbie question:

I installed the 3.02 extension and activated it. Now where do I copy CS2_Standard_Layouts.zip and CS_EmsTextLayouts100.zip?

You can import the layouts directly into the preset manager. You should be able to find the preset or layout manager in the insert menu under WebAssist or in the WebAssist menu depending on what other extensions you have installed. From the manager interface make sure that CSS Sculptor is selected then press the import button and point to the zip file.
