ecart 5 - error when trying to use default preset for step 1/2

On the step 1 of 2: Store order summary in database, I have chosen 'create using preset <default> and chosen the connection I already have setup, but when I click next to continue I get the error message "Please set at least one column value to continue".

Does anyone have any ideas?

With the 'create using preset' option checked you should not have to define the column relationships. When you are on this page what happens if you uncheck this box? Do you see the table in your db that you can bind columns with? What happens if you check the box again after doing this?

Please post back with these details including more info about your setup, DW version, and OS.
