Adding and editing Meta tags, keywords, descriptions, etc.

I want to make sure that I'm not screwing anything up with my site. I'm using Dreamweaver CS4. Where do I enter page titles, keywords and description tags. Right now it looks like the title is dynamic and being pulled from a database. Can I just overwrite this and put in a static title? How about keywords and description tags. Put them in with the typical Drewamweaver tools?

Yes, if you overwrite them using static information, it wouldn't break the store. You would just have to change them on the page if you ever want to change them.
