CSS Form Builder Validation Email Address

I have two test php forms. The first has validation rules applied to all except the email address field.
Form-Contacttest4.php and works fine.

The second, where I have applied validation for the email field shows a black page
Form-Contacttest5.php

I applied all validations through CSS Form Builder.

All help would be appreciated!

Hi, It's also the mobile phone field! Look in to your code. Copy the validation code from an other field (that works) to the mobile phone and Email field. Don't forget to add two lines of code at the bottom of your page. Be very precise because it will not work with only a little error! Also keep an eye on the settings on the bottom code lines.
If you need further help, no problem!

This is one of your fields with proper validation:

<label for="First_Name" class="sublabel" > First_Name<span class="requiredIndicator">&nbsp;*</span></label>
<div class="errorGroup">
<div class="fieldPair">
<div class="fieldGroup"> <span id="First_Name_Spry">
<input id="First_Name" name="First_Name" type="text" value="" class="formTextfield_Medium" tabindex="2" />
<span class="textfieldRequiredMsg">Please enter a value</span> </span> </div>

The fields with no validation in your code:

<label for="Mobile_Number" class="sublabel" > Mobile_Number</label>
<div class="fieldPair">
<div class="fieldGroup">
<input id="Mobile_Number" name="Mobile_Number" type="text" value="" class="formTextfield_Medium" tabindex="7" />
</div>
</div>
</div>

</div>
<div class="lineGroup">
<div class="fullColumnGroup">
<label for="email" class="sublabel" > Email Address *</label>
<div class="fieldPair">
<div class="fieldGroup">
<input id="email" name="email" type="text" value="" class="formTextfield_Medium" tabindex="8" />

This is the bottom code on your page:

var Enquiry_Spry = new Spry.Widget.ValidationSelect("Enquiry_Spry",{validateOn:["blur"]});
var Find_Us_Spry = new Spry.Widget.ValidationSelect("Find_Us_Spry",{validateOn:["blur"]});
var fieldset_group_Security_code_Spry = new Spry.Widget.ValidationTextField("fieldset_group_Security_code_Spry", "none",{validateOn:["blur"]});
var fieldset_group_nbsp_Spry = new Spry.Widget.ValidationTextField("fieldset_group_nbsp_Spry", "none",{validateOn:["blur"]});

var First_Name_Spry = new Spry.Widget.ValidationTextField("First_Name_Spry", "none",{validateOn:["blur"]});
var Last_Name_Spry = new Spry.Widget.ValidationTextField("Last_Name_Spry", "none",{validateOn:["blur"]});
var Address_Spry = new Spry.Widget.ValidationTextarea("Address_Spry",{validateOn:["blur"]});
var Post_Code_Spry = new Spry.Widget.ValidationTextField("Post_Code_Spry", "none",{validateOn:["blur"]});
var Daytime_Number_Spry = new Spry.Widget.ValidationTextField("Daytime_Number_Spry", "none",{validateOn:["blur"]});
var Additional_Info_Spry = new Spry.Widget.ValidationTextarea("Additional_Info_Spry",{validateOn:["blur"]});//-->
