Custom Tabs with content window

I have been looking to create many of the same features used on Webassist, but just can't seem to find the right solution to do it.

I would like to create a custom tab menu that targets content containers within the same page. The exact same interaction as done on Webassist here: extension-library/
The overview * Features * FAQ tabs trigger content below.

DW has a very basic square menu, I like WA version with the rounded stylized tabs.

Just below the menu tabs, there is a VIDEO section.
There are two squares that help you navigate content that slides in.
This is also a function/interaction I would like to build, but can't seem to find the right WA product to do it.

I think it would be fantastic if WA somehow noted in a balloon which tools built which features used on their very own website. What a proof of concept.

Your help is greatly appreciated

Thanks - Jerry

The effect isn't actually designed by using our tools. You wouldn't be able to get this effect by using our tools without customizing your page after. A good place to start would be to use Dreamweaver's basic version as a template and add CSS styling to add the different styles you would like.

Thanks

Its seems very complicated to make this happen with dreamweavers Spry basics.
I see this type of interaction on a lot of sites and have wondered how they were pulling it off.. without flash. Do you have any pointers to specific how to's?

Are you simply adding an image as a background to the Title menu container?
It almost looks like you are using the DW spry accordian effect for the content container?

Being able to created tabbed menu, not navigation but similar to the spry menu's with advanced control over the look of the tabs would be a fantastic addition to your menu builder.

Is the same true for the navigation for the video content?

Thanks for your reply

I'm not sure exactly how the effect is accomplished. It does seem that the sliding up has to do with the accordion menu that is applied in that tab though. Its not really something that our support is supposed to address, since it requires custom coding to accomplish the effects and styling.
