Problem with connection in CSS Menu Writer

Friends, I have a severe problem with CSS Menu Writer, the point is that local mode everything works perfect, but when I upload the site to the remote server I get the following, which would be a "connection error:

Warning: require_once (../../ Connections / silvertreenglish.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in / home / content / m / r / r / mrrsilvertree / html / English / CSSMenuWriter / cssmw / menu.php on line 23

Fatal error: require_once () [function.require]: Failed opening required'../../ Connections / silvertreenglish.php '(include_path ='.:/ usr/local/php5/lib/php') in / home / content / m / r / r / mrrsilvertree / html / English / CSSMenuWriter / cssmw / menu.php on line 23

Now, I have reviewed the file menu.php CSS Menu Writer and do not see any problem, I send the file menu.php in order to review it because I'm going crazy trying to fix it. Thank you

If you could take a screen shot of the file structure on your remote server (showing where the menu.php and the Connecitons directory), that would help me determine the correct path that you should modify it to.

Problem

Jimmy, here Capure send you the requested screen. We must clarify that this site I have used several different menus and I suppose that everyone should have the same problem. I urgently need to resolve, I would appreciate a suggestion for the solution

The structure looks correct. Do you have a file named silvertreenglish.php in the Connections directory?

It looks like this may be a bug in PHP 5.2, what version of PHP are you running?
bug.php?id=46395

Try changing the require_once on line 23 of menu.php to include_once and see if the pages are working correctly?

Are you on a Linux or Windows server?
