Problem with sending email

I created a virtual store using the eCart and sending a confirmation of purchase order to the e-mail provided by the customer through the Universal Mail. I tested the system with gmail and it worked. But I just test it with the Hotmail and e-mail was sent directly to junk. Also, I tried sending to a large Brazilian portal and e-mail has not arrived. Why is this happening?

Different mail providers have different settings for junk mail thresholds. There are a couple of things you can do to help this, make sure that the subject of the email is informative and correct for the context of the message. You can also check on the from name and address, if the from address matches the domain it was sent from it should give you a better result. Also, these filters will often be triggered on the content of the message, so make sure that you have only relevant info in the message and avoid using external links.

Eric, I believe that what is causing this problem is my e-mail that appears to the client. In my case, is showing the following: Arte@server.datadns10.com

How do I display the actual e-mail?

You can adjust the from setting in the Universal Email server behavior, this is just a value that gets sent in the message, it is not normally a value that is authenticated unless you mail server is setup that way. You can put in whatever email address you would like for the from by editing the existing server behavior that is on the page.
