Parse Error: Syntax Error

Hi there,
I have run into a problem that I am having a difficult time resolving...my site was up and running without issue, then I made some changes through eCart to the shipping/tax/currency rules and after I put the files the following error comes up when I try to view my site....Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')' in /home/msports/public_html/WA_eCart/WA_Store_Cart_PHP.php on line 117
Any insight on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Added the new file, looks to have helped a bit, but this error now loads up with the page?
