eCart AuthorizeNet Error

Thread began 6/29/2010 2:35 pm by Armen | Last modified 6/30/2010 10:35 am by Jason Byrnes | 638 views | 1 replies |

eCart AuthorizeNet Error

eCart 4.5.2
ASP VBScript

I'm getting the following error:

Response Code: 3
(TESTMODE) Line item 1 is invalid.

It seems that it has to do something with what's being passed to AuthiorizeNet. Not quite sure what I need to do...

Line item 1 is invalid means that the item name or description being passed to is not valid.

This is usually cased by having an invalid character in the name or description. will only except alpha numeric characters for the item name or description. Double check that the name and description do not contain any special characters including the apostrophe.
