Get the uploaded file name into a db

I am populating a table in a db with info about the uploaded file. The file is uploaded just before the insert sql runs. I have selected the option to overright the file should an existing file exist.

How do I catch the filename and add it to my sql insert statement?

Many thanks

In the bindings panel of Dreamweaver, there should be a section for the uploaded files. You would want to use the server file name from there to insert into the database.
