Accordian menus not completely loading on certain pages

There's just a few pages that the accordion left menus are not what appears to be completely loading and showing the scroll bars - others are working fine. I've also grabbed working pages code, and replaced on the non-working pages, and still no change. This happens in Firefox and IE. Can you see if maybe there's something hosing this up and killing the script?

when i view source of the shipping page, I see the following code in the footer:

<a href="privacy_policy.php">Privacy Policy</a></p> <script type="text/javascript">

var _gaq = _gaq </div>

the script tag:
<script type="text/javascript">

var _gaq = _gaq

does not get closed and is causing the problem.
