Fatal error:

Hi
I've installed Site Sculptor into DW and overcome the associated problems.
Now I want to pre-view the index.php page...
This error runs in the browser:
Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php') in /homepages/42/d330208130/htdocs/index.php on line 1

Please offer some "contributionary" factors that may lead to a solution.
For example, what needs to be running or insitu at this stage?
Thanks for reading

this error means that the file WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php cannot be found on the server at /homepages/42/d330208130/htdocs/WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php

make sure that all of the site files are uploaded to the server.

I want to view the file locally...
Via the localhost sever, xammp.
Why upload to a remote host?

this "/homepages/42/d330208130/htdocs/" is a remote host path, not a local path.

What is the address you are browsing to in the address bar?

it should be similar to:
localhost/

Thanks Jason
The preview defaults to:
xammp
It is the welcome screen.
I hacked the http to:
index.php
And it defualts to:
index.php
Site Sculptor Content Management Install Wizard
Is this install something I have negleted to do?
