PowerCMS Add button does nothing

On my client site, I have completed all of the setup steps and logged into the cms, but when I click the Add Button, absolutely nothing visibly happens. Tried refreshing even restarting my computer thinking it was some type of caching issue...still nothing. Anyone else have this problem or an idea as to what might be the problem?
