cart object will not set up

Hi,
I am about to set up my cart object. The ecart box shows up but will not let me add a new cart object to the site. Can you tell me what is going on?
Thank you.

When you say it wont add, do you mean that the Add button is disabled or when you have the eCart object open, it errors and doesn't add a cart object even after filling in all the necessary information?

If the add button is disabled, try resizing the eCart floater and see if the floater gets refreshed.

ecart will not set up

The add button is there...when I click on it nothing happens. It will not start a new cart.

Have you tried resizing the floater for eCart? Do you have a page open that is part of your currently defined Dreamweaver site?

ecart will not set up

I added the cart to the page from my desk top computer, it took. Then on my mac where I am working, I redownloaded the ecart4, removed the old one from my extension manager, and re added it. When I click on the ecart in the server behaviors I get the following message: While executing timer the WA eCart Objec.htm a javascript error occurred.
So it will not open at all. This cart is not working.
Thank you,
