WA_SHA1Encryption.php not created

I just followed the steps provided to add encryption and after uploading the whole site i get the following error message:

Warning: require_once(../WA_SecurityAssist/WA_SHA1Encryption.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hsphere/local/home/cdahlgroup/cdahlgroup.com/cdgadmin/index.php on line 5 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '../WA_SecurityAssist/WA_SHA1Encryption.php' (include_path='.:/hsphere/shared/apache/libexec/php5ext/php/') in /hsphere/local/home/cdahlgroup/cdahlgroup.com/cdgadmin/index.php on line 5

When i look through my site i can not find WA_SHA1Encryption.php anywhere. Did i miss a step in creating this page or what can i do to create it?

Thanks for posting back about your resolution. So the page was just outside of the site root?

Yes. for some reason it put it one level above where it should of been. Dreamweaver doesn't look there so i only found it cause i looked in windows explorer. odd.
