Navigation Links including Root Directory in URL

Navigation Links including Root Directory in URL

Hello,

So this hopefully should be simple. I have looked through other navigation threads and think this is along the lines of their problem. I tried the solutions listed (in the other threads) but had no luck. So maybe this is different.

My root directory is /public_html/websites/ and I have the site set to document relative paths. So when I upload the site the navigation has a URL of: aboutme.php ; when it should be: aboutme.php.

Any ideas?

Hi elevy,

Check the database that you set up for sculptor, in the wa_settings table for PCMS Remote Root.

If the path contains public_html/ - you could try removing it.

Hi

After creating the site with site sculptor did you by any chance modify the menu using menu writer?

What do you mean by check the database...? I never set one up. I used the wizard and a stock template with some color modifications. Where would I look for the file that adds the path?

And I did modify the site with menu sculptor, by clicking on the menu and using the edit menu command.

CSS menu writer is not compatible with site sculptor

CSS menu writer is not compatible with Site sculptor. I do know how to correct the problem and if you want to email me at larry@3dphotocharmjewelry.com I can tell what you need to do to get the menu working.
