Cannot Activate CSS Sculptor

I am trying to activate CSS Sculptor but it fails. Virus protection is of and so is firewall. We use a proxy server to connect to the internet, could this be the problem. If it is how do i get around it?

I've opened a backend ticket to get some additional information from you. To check your backend information, log in to your account at www.webassist.com and check your support history.

By the way, it looks like you only have Site Sculptor installed, not CSS Sculptor.
