Missing Images

I thought it was going well !

I have just created a second gallery on my site, called London.

The images uploaded ok, and I can see them on the manage images page.

When I try to preview them, no images appear, but they do appear for the other (photostudio screenshots) gallery.

go to index.php to look at the admin area

once logged in, within admin, you can navigate to Edit Content-> Gallery Pages.
Useing the 'eye' icon in the table, you can preview the page.
the first one works fine, the second shows no images.

i have tried updating watermarks, but to no effect

the images folder seems to have all of the required images intact.

Hmm. - it isn;t straightforward.

I just tested this on my daughters laptop, and no images appear, in either gallery.

when i then add some of the london images to the gallery on my local server, they also appear on the remote host.

i checked and re-uploaded the connections file, and that seems ok.

if no-one has any ideas, i may just bite the bullet and re-install.

I just realised, i imported the database to the live server, it was the only thing i hadn't checked.

the root path needed to be updated.

I did notice that all the images were being called from impossible urls, and half decided to mention it, but then decided that you were probably doing something brilliant and I would just be exposing my ignorance.

You were right !

I am easily overestimated !
