Does the script work with MS SQL

We have SQL on our server -- Will the script and application work or do I have to use mySQL

Contact form solution pack doesn't actually use any database functionality, so the database server you have installed shouldn't affect how the solution works.

I'm not sure which MySql script you're referring to. There isn't one in the Contact Form Solution Pack.
