Activation Problems - Firewall
Received a new computer, and installed WebAssist Professional. Now, it must be activated.
Error message:
Unable to connect to server. Your firewall or anti-virus software is blocking the online application. Disable all firewall and anti-virus software and try again. If you continue to have problems, submit a Technical Support request.
Additional information:
Our IT department advises that the Firewall will continue to block the online activation, and that it needs to be taken care of in another manner. Thank you.
