How do I stop Memento alerts after removing Site Sculptor Extension?

I removed Site Sculptor in Adobe Extension Manager, but when I open DW, I get the alert shown in the attached screenshot. I remember having this same problem a long time ago when I removed other WebAssist extensions, but I don't remember the exact steps I had to take to completely remove everything and stop this alert.

I would be nice if removing the extension completely removed everything.

Thanks,
Karen
