Dreamweaver Crashes

I was working with WebAssist attempting to build registration pages using DataAssist.

When I clicked "Finish" to allow Webassist to build the pages, Dreamweaver crashed. This is the second time it has happenned in 1/2 hour.

At one point I went back in DataAssist to change something and got the following Dreamweaver warning:

DW While executing onClick in WA_AppBuilder.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 2108 of file “Macintosh HD:Users:cal:Library:Application Support:Adobe Dreamweaver
CS5:en_US:Configuration:Commands:WA_AppBuilder.js”
tObj has no properties

I am using Dreamweaver CS5 and DataAssist 2.0.7.

Can you suggest what might be happening?

Thank you,

Cal Fox

Are you saving your pages to a site stored on a local drive or are you saving to a site stored on a remote drive?

What steps are you taking to get the error message? I'd like to try to reproduce this error so that I can take a look at it.

When Dreamweaver crashes, are any pages generated or does it not create any pages?

Dreamweaver Crashes

I'm storing everything on my machine and have a testing server (MAMP) on it also.

The DataAssist application starts the process as usual once I've entered all the data required and pressed "Finish" I see a stopwatch and it looks like it might be creating a page, then I see the stopwatch again and then it crashes.

No pages are saved by DataAssist (which they always have been in the past) so I have nothing to send you in the way of a finished product.

I am in the process now of uninstalling DataAssist 2.0.7 and reinstalling 2.0.6 to see if I can generate the pages that way.

Forget it! OMG! I realize that I've already created the pages and that this really amounted to an attempt to create the AGAIN! Hence the crash (I think).

The extension I really wanted to use was Security Assist.

I'm so sorry I took your valuable time with this. Once again I feel really stupid.
