How to change PayPal option

Hi,

I have a store I have working right now using PowerStore3 but I may have to change the payment method from using PayPal Express to PayPal Standard or Pro.

Is there documentation on how to do this? I wasn't able to find a thread that has addressed this.

I also have ecart 5

Thanks

You would do this by going into the settings tab in your administrative pages and going to payment information. You can set the Payment gateway there and fill in the necessary information to access that gateway as well.

hi Jimmy,

I may not have phrased this properlym right now by default there are only 3 payment options either by using authorize.net, PayPal Payment Pro, or PayPal Express, I would like to add more options and use PayPal Payment Standard. Is that possible?

Thanks

I wouldn't recommend switching to PayPal Payment standard. Its a little bit complicated and is as effective as the PayPal Express Checkout. For PayPal Express Checkout, they added an option to allow people to pay with credit card, so they don't need a PayPal Account. That was the major advantage of using PayPal Payments Standard over Express Checkout before it was added for Express Checkout too.
