Can't activate Universal email

Can't activate Universal email

I purchased Universal email and find I am unable to activate it. The serial number I was shown on the information page is: **** . I have tried adding and activating it on several pages but the red "X" always shows up once I've entered the activation code shown. (I am unable to "paste" the copied code into the first box, by the way.)

I noticed that with all other WebAssist extensions the third group of numbers & letters is the same, but with Universal Email the third set of numbers/letters are different. I don't know if that's a factor or not.

Please help.

Thanks

Cal

You should never post a serial number for software that you have purchased, either from us or anyone else. This is a public forum and the information posted here is visible to anyone on the internet.

I updated the post so you should be ok now but please keep this in mind in the future. The serial you have is correct, I checked it. You should not try to enter it manually, you should only ever copy and paste the serial. You will need to use the keyboard to paste the serial. To do this on a PC you use Ctrl+V on a Mac it is Cmd+V, just make sure that your cursor is in the first box of the activation fields.

Still need help...

Oooops! What a newbie error!

I did as you suggested but I still get the following message:
The serial number you entered is incorrect. (with the red "X" instead of the green check mark)

I used Cmd+V and the serial number copied exactly as shown in the download center.

Is it possible to issue a new version of Universal Email with a new password through my Download Center? Do you have any other ideas?

Thanks

Cal

I opened a ticket for you on this so we can share details privately. I gave this a try with your serial and do not experience the same result. Please login and update your ticket so we can look into this further.
