DataAssist - Dreamweaver CS4 Crash

Hi,

Using CS4 on Mac, data assist wizard works ok until the final "finish" button. Then dreamweaver stops working and then crashes.

As per other similar threads, I have tried removing the cache, deleting the .dat file, uninstalling & reinstalling data assist and disabling the preview....no luck.

Please let me know how to fix this.

If you have tried deleting the cache file and still have this problem you may have a corrupt configuration folder. If this is the case you will need to take these steps:

showpost.php?p=12293&postcount=2

This will have the effect of uninstalling your extensions, make sure to remove them completely before you try to install DA again. Please post back and let us know if the issue persists so that we can look into this more.

DataAssist - Dreamweaver CS4 Crash

Hi, yes that worked!

Unfortunately, the results page is not working...these are the errors that are being kicked out:

[Wed Jun 02 15:18:23 2010] [error] [client 192.168.30.129] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WA_AltClassIterator in /var/www/html/dw/ap_form_21_results.php on line 493,<snip>/ap_form_21_results.php

Suggestions?

L.

Is this a page that was created by the wizard or have you modified this page after the fact? The error you are getting is letting you know that there is more than one definition on the page for a particular function. This normally only happens if server behaviors applied more than once on the page. Please post back with any info and also the page in question so that I can take a look at it.
