Populate List From Array Disabled (grayed out)

I have gone through the how to and have even added Dynamic Dropdowns before to other pages. I have a really simple page. 3 form fields and after I create the dynamic array I can't go any further. The Populate list from array behavior is grayed out. HELP!! I have seen others with this problem but no solutions. I am trying to get this done for an update by the weekend.

Thanks in advance.

three conditions need to be met for the populate list form array behavior:

1) You must have a parent list
2) You must have a child list
3) You must have the Populate list from array server behavior.

you have already added the Populate list from array behavior, make sure you have the Parent list and the child list set up.

Then select the parent list in design view and click the plus button in the behaviors panel ot access the populate list from array behavior.

Yep, Been there done that

Still doesn't work. Cleared cache, reinstalled extension, reinstalled DW, went back to a page that it has worked on, deleted the action and tried to reapply it and...nada. I am beginning to lose faith in Web Assist. The Populate list is GRAYED OUT, not active, can't choose it, won't apply, dead, flat as a Flounder.

I am using DW CS4 on Windows 7 X64, 7 GB RAM, Dual Xeon W3250 Processors @ 2.67 GHZ, Windows 2003 Domain, NVIDIA Quadro FX580 Graphics Card, I am a Scorpio, Like long walks on the beach and Basset Hounds.

your cfoutput tags are not properly balanced which is causing a problem in inspecting the code on the page

at the begining of the form, the cfoutput tag is placed before the form tag:

<cfoutput>
<form action="" method="post">

further down the page, the cfoutput tag is closed before the form tag is closed:

</cfoutput>
</form>

the form tag needs to be closed first:

</form>
</cfoutput>

so that the page can be processed properly to activate the Dynamic Dropdown behaviors.
