Shipping and Paypal issues

I am using Paypal Express for payment processing, it's working fine if I don't have the shipping option enabled. Once I enable the shipping through USPS, I get an error message trying to process the payment through paypal express. Any suggestions?

Add the following code to the failure page to return the full request and Full response from the gateway and the shipping provider, this will help us determine the cause of the failure:
